The AAC currently has almost 40 affiliate ministries in the United States and around the world. The requirements for AAC ministry affiliation are below. If you would like to affiliate your ministry, please contact Carol Frederick, AAC Affiliates Administrator, at(800) 914-2000 or cfrederickATamericananglican.org (replace the AT with @ when emailing).
Requirements of Affiliation:
The ministry must provide the AAC with a copy of its mission statement, state of incorporation, 501(c)3 status, bylaws, and a list of board members.
The ministry must demonstrate a connection to the Anglican Communion.
The ministry must affirm the AAC’s Statement of Faith and Mission Statement (found in “A Place to Stand A Place to Stand”).
The ministry must indicate an understanding of the circumstances and guidelines under which we provide (and under which the ministry provides) limited access to our (their) mailing list in some cases.
Partnership with the AAC Communications Office is recommended. This partnership could include the ministry being featured in an issue of Encompass (the AAC monthly newsletter), the ministry’s upcoming events being highlighted on our Events Calendar, and other communications-related participation.
